Nationwide Hotel & Conference Dishwasher

The beautiful Nationwide Hotel & Conference Center has an immediate opening for Dishwasher at our sophisticated events campus in Lewis Center.


New hires in this position will receive $250 sign on bonus:

Applicant must not have been employed by CHM previously in the past 12 months or worked at a Columbus Hospitality Management property through a temp agency or related program in the past 12 months.
$125 paid after 30 days of successful employment.
$125 paid after 90 days of successful employment.
All bonuses contingent upon perfect attendance and adherence to company policy.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sweeping and mopping coolers daily.
Sweep Dry Storage.
Keep levels stocked up on flour, rice and sugar bins.
Receive and process all deliveries, check in to ensure proper products where ordered.
Helps chefs with inventory procedures to ensure proper inventory is taken, monthly.
Helps when needed, in kitchen.
Responsible for a clean van, gassed for next day.
Make sure all break out areas are stocked with proper items.
May include leaving the property to fulfill a certain request.
Collects food products and small wares required for item preparation.
Operates food production equipment according to manufacturers’ instructions.
Preparation and execution of banquets.
Carefully follows standard recipes while preparing assigned items for banquet service.
Assists in plating food items for service.
Cleans banquet preparation/serving equipment/Banquet table and steam table.
Cleans assigned work station areas.
Consistently uses safe and sanitary food handling practices.
