Legal Assistant Paralegal

Job description

We are a growing law firm seeking a full time experienced individual to join our creditor's rights practice.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Utilize case management systems, both firm and client's, to monitor workload and timeline of cases.
• Prepare and file legal documents and correspondence.
• Communicate with courts and clients on a daily basis.
• Any other administrative support as needed

Qualifications:

• Ability to prioritize daily workload to ensure deadlines are met
• Ability to multi-task
• Attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Maintain professional and positive attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Prior experience in a law firm setting

The position will be Monday through Friday in office. Background check is required.
