Kenwel Printers, a well established commercial printing and mailing company located in the Clintonville area in Columbus, Ohio is looking for an Estimator/Customer Support person with experience in the print industry. The individual will be responsible for preparing estimates and working directly with customers - addressing their project needs with a goal to satisfy. The Estimator/Customer Support person will provide customers with expert answers to questions about pricing, paper stock availability and project timelines and communicate details to the production team.

Qualifications:

• Self-starter who works well in team environment

• Excellent communication skills

• Outgoing

• Experience in the Graphic Communications/Printing industry

• Customer Service experience preferred

• Sales experience a plus

• Computer experience using print estimating software

• Ability to think quickly and solve problems

• Attention to detail is a must

Essential Responsibilities

• Providing outstanding customer support through both oral and written communications.

• Maintain existing customer relationships and work to develop new customers.

• Prepare and process quotes, orders, and sample requests.

• Communicate with customers and follow-up promptly with quotes, requests, orders, and other tasks.

• Work with sales representatives, administrative staff, production staff, suppliers, and customers on orders and projects, including pricing, technical specifications, and meeting deadlines.

• When appropriate, advise customers on best strategies to achieve their desired outcomes.

• Other duties as assigned.

Additional Responsibilities

• Learn and be able to communicate with customers about graphic communication, including but not limited to design principles, printing processes, paper options, and postal specifications.
