Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team for the 2023-24 school year. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing speech and language therapy services to students in our school district. This includes assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and working collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' communication skills. Responsibilities: * Conduct speech and language assessments and evaluations to determine students' communication needs. * Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' speech and language deficits. * Provide speech and language therapy services to students both individually and in groups. * Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' communication skills and progress. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students' progress and treatment plans. * Participate in school meetings and professional development opportunities as required. Qualifications: * Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university. * Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). * Current license to practice speech-language pathology in the state of Minnesota. * Experience working with school-aged children preferred. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other school staff. * Strong organizational and time management skills.
