Family and Defense Attorney

We are seeking a full-time Family Law and Criminal Defense Attorney to join The Jimenez Law Firm. Limited experience is required as we offer full training. The Family Law Attorney must have a team mentality with a desire to become a top courtroom litigator.

Salary is competitive and will be determined based on experience and education. This position presents a unique opportunity to join a dynamic practice and to quickly assume substantial responsibility under the guidance of experienced Family Law Attorneys.

Family Law Attorney Job Responsibilities:

·        Perform all aspects of Family Law representation including Divorces;

·        Modifications;

·        Enforcements;

·        Child custody;

·        Grandparents’ rights;

·        CPS cases and other complex family matters.

Family Attorney Requirements:

·        Licensed in Texas or scheduled to take the Texas Bar
