Position: Offshore IT Analyst
Company: U.S. Computer Corporation
Location: Home location is flexible, however, required to fly out of Galliano, LA every two weeks.
Starting Annual Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 (depending on education and experience) + Benefits
Duration: 1 – 1.5 year commitment with potential for long-term employment
Work Schedule: 14 / 14 Work Schedule, 2 weeks working offshore and 2 weeks off

Education Level: High School Degree or equivalent, greater consideration given to those with a College Degree

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
The primary function of the Offshore IT Analyst is to provide prompt, professional, and friendly IT Support involving a wide range of IT-related tasks and projects.
• Troubleshooting and support for Operating System and Application issues.
• Management and deployment of IT Assets (Desktops, Laptops, Tablets, Phones, Radios, Printers, etc.).
• Provide industrial IT Support in an offshore environment.
• Ability to descriptively document IT processes and service tickets.
• Assist with IT Audit documentation.
• Active Directory and Azure experience preferred.
• Must be able to attain (company-provided and required):
o Transportation Worker Identification Credentials (TWIC)
o HUET Training (submerged underwater and upside-down)
o “Fit for Duty” Test
o Required to wear “PPE” clothing for offshore environment
• Assist with research and implementation of proactive measures to ensure the highest possible uptime performance.
• Good Oral Communication Skills – personable demeanor with an ability to actively listen.
• Good Written and Technical Writing Skills
