Description

Salary: $31.00 - $42.00 per hour, depending on experience!

The Sr. Systems Installer will assist with customer installation projects of radio and wireless communications systems. They manage field projects, furnish customer quotations for project estimates, and aid in optimization of systems.

Some of what you'll do:

  • Develops timeline for installation projects.
  • Prepares parts lists for job.
  • Monitors and inspects work completed by Day Wireless crew or subcontractors.
  • Trains junior installers.
  • Maintains assigned vehicle.
  • Completes job walks and prepares quotes.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Directly supervises junior installers by providing daily work direction. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

What we're looking for:

Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or vocational school specializing in electronics plus more than 8 years related experience installing mobile and fixed communications equipment; or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
