As a Sr. Analyst in cyber security, you'll leverage your deep knowledge and expertise with information security to help LMI address our client's most important challenges. You will engage with our VP of cyber security consulting and LMI Market Leads to create new approaches to our cyber strategy offering across a wide platform of adjacent service offerings as well ensure our clients understand our capabilities to deliver dynamic, cyber innovative solutions to the DoD. This role can be remote and be part-time or full-time based on the qualifications of the candidate. A writing sample may be requested for qualification.

Responsibilities

Strategic Pursuits - Organize small, medium and large teams of LMI practitioners around our most strategic pursuits from a capture and solutioning point of view. This job requires the ability to lead and manage client related solutioning sessions to convey LMI's value proposition

R&D Programs - Define, build the business case for, and oversee various R&D programs to develop the necessary capabilities required for LMI to deliver differentiated and impactful capabilities for our clients most pressing challenges

Strategic Initiatives - As a business unit, Cyber Security is experiencing growing pains due to our extreme growth over the last two years. We need efficiency experts who are prepared to help us define the processes and technology required to scale our business

Proposal Support: - Understand our cyber methodologies and offerings to convey convincing, and well architected proposals in the federal space, which magnify our unique capabilities, innovations, partnerships and past performances for targeted RFP, RFI and client discussions

Qualifications
    2+ years in the consulting/technology space ideally from a Big 4 consulting firm (Deloitte, KPMG, PWC, E&Y, etc.) or equivalent firm experience or security product vendor experience
  • One or more of the following certifications: CISSP, CISM, CEH, CISA, CGEIT, CRISC
  • Excellent time management skills and strong written and oral communications
  • Previous experience with the federal government and department of defense
  • Business continuity, disaster recovery and zero trust principles experience and exposure
  • Understanding of information security tooling available in marketplace for attack surface management, SIEM, SOAR and cloud security
  • Understanding and exposure to vulnerability scanning tools and security orchestration
  • Previous exposure to eMASS, or CSAM
  • Current Secret Clearance
  • 7+ years of combined experience in the delivery of information security responsibilities and pursuing new work informally through customer meetings and formally through proposals
  • 3+ years of experience including go to market, opportunity and competitor analysis, targeting, and proposal support in a consulting firm or offering
  • Ability to create and respond to briefs and meet deadlines, without compromising on quality
  • Capable of working closely with market, business development, and product teams to ensure solutions are aligned with business initiatives and are of high quality
  • Have a sophisticated executive demeanor, comfortable functioning at all levels of client organizations
  • Advanced understanding of the NIST RMF, FISMA and DFARs compliance, CMMC
  • Previous experience with system ATOs and SSPs
  • Experience writing information security policies and procedures
  • Experience with information security third party risk management
