We are currently seeking motivated and dedicated speech-language pathologists to join our team for the upcoming school year in Shawnee, KS. We welcome new graduates as well as seasoned clinicians.
Position Description:
As a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for assessing and treating students with communication disorders, language-based learning disabilities, cognitive deficits, and other related issues. You will work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and administrators to identify areas of need and develop appropriate goals and treatment plans.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and experience working in a school setting. They should be comfortable collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and possess a passion for helping children succeed.
Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Communication Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology
Active state license/certification
ASHA Certification (preferred)
Experience working with pediatrics (e.g., internships, clinical placements)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
