Jay's Auto Service is currently hiring a versatile and customer-focused Lube Technician to join our team. Responsibilities:

Perform oil changes, filter replacements, fluid checks, and other routine maintenance tasks on various vehicles.
Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues and effectively communicate them to customers and relevant team members.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining maintenance recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, assisting customers with inquiries, appointment scheduling, and general information.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly used, stored, and readily available.
Follow established safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment for yourself and others.
Qualifications:

Previous experience as a lube technician or in a similar automotive maintenance role is preferred.
Strong knowledge of vehicle components, including oil systems, filters, and fluids.
Proficiency in using various tools and equipment associated with lube service and maintenance.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries, provide accurate information, and address concerns.
Effective communication skills both in-person and over the phone.
Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately.
A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
