Compensation: $20/hr - Per Job / Project
This position is for an On-Call Handyman/Maintenance for a 28 unit Apartment Community in Vicotrville
Description:
Assist us with work orders, turnovers
and rehabs
Experience in
Handyman type repairs including some
or all of the following:
plumbing
CHA
electrical
HVAC
repair
painting
flooring
lighting/plumbing fixture repair and
replacement
Site up clean
