Job Duties/Responsibilities (Inside View):

  • Skilled at organizing information from different sources to meet internal process requirements and timelines in support of customer needs.
  • Able to effectively support and communicate with Senior Technical staff and architects to answer their questions in support of customer questions and issues.
  • Ability to provide regular updates and appropriate status of activities as they relate to customer initiatives and projects internal to the company.
  • Open to sharing lessons learned from daily activities amongst peers in the Department.
  • Utilize internal tools developed in Excel and process to support internal pricing development based on customer platform requirements.
  • Ability to review for accuracy technical compute configurations in support of our quoting process and provide feedback to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience throughout the sales and support process.
  • Proficient at providing troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, statuses, and relevant problems.
  • Follow quality standards (AS9100) for our business while working in M2M (Made to Manage) as well as support ongoing customer needs.
  • Work with internal business processes in support of customer’s pre-, current, and post- sales cycles.
  • Provide assistance to management and Team members as necessary.
  • Become proficient with navigating our M2M business system to enter data required in support of business activities in a timely manner.
  • Provide assistance in the development of PRDs (Product Requirements Document) by sweep together all pieces of information that are used to populate the document and start development of the overall package that is transitioned to Engineering for manufacturing.

  • Demonstrate proficiency with data entry and prioritization of accuracy working in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to learn new technology based on the scope of the business with current and future customer requirements.
