Responsibilities:
- Providing psychiatric evaluations to patients seeking drug and alcohol detoxification services
- Prescribing appropriate medication to patients during their detoxification and rehabilitation periods
- Regularly meeting with patients to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Cooperating with other medical professionals to ensure the highest level of patient care
- Participating in team meetings and clinical supervision

Essential Job Functions:
- Ability to maintain a high level of focus, mental alertness, and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license from the State Nursing or Medical Licensure Board
- Good standing with prescription writing privileges
- Experience in substance abuse treatment is ideal
