Principal Accountabilities:
- Accountable for the production of food safe product in a fast paced manufacturing environment
- Palletizing products as they come off the line in proper stack patterns.
- Ensure stacking area is clean and free of contaminants, stack and pick ingredients for production’s needs.
- Accountable for the production of food safe product in a fast paced manufacturing environment.

- Safety - responsible for safety of themselves and teammates.
Requirements:
- Right to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or a visa sponsored by a third-party employer
- Cargill requires that employees be a minimum of 18 years old to work in a production facility.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to work overtime including holidays, nights, weekends or different shifts with advance notice.
- Previous Forklift experience.
- Basic math skills
Preferred:
- Must be able to read/write English
- High School diploma/GED or a minimum of two years equivalent work experience
