Store and Shift Manager

Gary's is seeking a Manager to lead all facets of our restaurant.  The following are Important characteristics that Gary's Hamburgers is looking for in a Store and Shift Manager:

At least one year of management experience

Self motivating as well as motivating the staff

Effectively managing employees

Maintaining consistent quality and production

Maintaining profitability and excellent food quality

Managing store inventory

Coordinating daily restaurant operations

Responding accurately to customer complaints

The Manager will ultimately ensure that Gary's customers have a pleasant dining experience while maintaining a professional environment

Management positions are Salary and based on experience.

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred qualifications:

• At least high school diploma or equivalent or higher
• Management skills: supervising employees
• Comfortable handling customer complaints
• Able to stand for duration of shift
