We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) enthusiastic Tax Preparer to work in a small business environment. Personal Individual Income Tax Preparation knowledge is required.
Responsibilities:
- Entering client and W-2 information into the tax program
- Assist with the closing of the interview by assembling the tax return, obtaining required signatures, reviewing the finished product with the client, and completing bookkeeping procedures
- Handle customer calls and emails.
- Ability to adapt to different customer needs.
- Provide services for the customer and demonstrate professionalism.
- Solicits for new business via telephone and other lead sources.
Experience in 1 of the following is required:
- Prior work on Income Taxes
- Preparing and completing self Income Tax
- Studied Income Tax preparation
- *Salary is based on experience
Required qualifications:
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Speaks Spanish
- Speaks English
- Reads English
