Welcome to The Joint Chiropractic - Elizabethtown, a privately owned office ran by a husband and wife team that moved to KY to start a chiropractic office they believe in. Our mission is to provide routine, affordable, and convenient healthcare to busy Americans that really do require flexibility to get their healthcare needs met. Qualifications
• Interest in gaining sales experience
• Complete transactions using designated software and ensure all patient accounts are current and accurate
• Have strong phone and computer skills or be excited to learn and be trained in this area
• Work cohesively with others in a fun and fast-paced environment
• Driven to climb the company ladder. We are a small busy with expected growth in the next 2-3 years and will be looking to promote within.
• Have a can-do attitude!
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
•Accepting constructive criticism in a positive manner and using it as a learning tool
•Able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time
•Able to lift up to 50 pounds
Responsibilities
•You’ll play a key role in making each of our patients feel at home by greeting our patients when they arrive, checking them in, and getting to know them by name.
•Keep accurate patient records, have a thorough understanding of our computer system, and maintain a clean and organized work place
• Have a strong customer service orientation and be able to communicate effectively with members and patients
•Participate in marketing/sales opportunities to help attract new patients into our clinics
•Be able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks
•Confident in presenting and selling services
•Answering phone calls
•Maintain positive relationships with team members
•Maintain the cleanliness of the clinic and organization of work-space
•Keeping management apprised of member concerns and following manager's policies, procedures and direction
