Job Details

• Schedule opportunity M-Th 8a-6p 
• Average daily patient volume is 15-18 
• Currently 2 Interventional physicians and 2 APPs
• PM&R physician or any physician that will do med management  
• Current physicians provide outreach to 2 hospitals within 40-mile radius. Opportunity to do that once a month 

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Will obtain a WV state medical license and DEA registration upon hire
• BE/BC in pain medicine  
• Completed an ACGME-accredited residency
