Compensation is based on experience including the candidate's number of years post-residency, fellowships, and leadership positions.

POSITION DESCRIPTION 

Department Name: Inspira Medical Group 

Position/Title:  Physician 

 

OUR MISSION: To provide a safe and compassionate experience that improves the health and well-being of our community by placing the safety of our patients and support of our employees at the center of all we do  

MAJOR FUNCTION:  Directs the clinical delivery of medical care and is responsible for maintaining relationships and coordinating activities of physicians and mid-level providers, clinical staff, and operations.  Oversees the development of clinical content in the company materials. 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  1. Education: Medical degree from an accredited university required.
  2. Experience: Post-residency required. 
  3. C. Certification/Licensure:  Board certification in family practice, emergency medicine, or another ABMS recognized specialty required. NJ State and federal licensure    
  4. Within six months the Physician shall obtain and maintain a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association.   Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is an acceptable alternative to BLS certification
