• 13 Family Medicine Physicians, 8 who do OB,  9 APPs   
• Call: Shared proportionately, includes inpatient rounding (optional)
• Emergency Room and Urgent Care coverage optional  
• 4 days a week is full time 
• 99 beds 
• Service Area: 30,000   Population: 11,350
