PRN Emergency Department Physician Opportunity - Jay Hospital - Jay, Florida

Jay Hospital, located in northern Santa Rosa County, is currently seeking a PRN Emergency Department Physician. Jay Hospital serves the people of Jay, Century, Flomaton, Brewton, Milton and the surrounding communities in northwest Florida and south Alabama area. The hospital provides acute, emergency, and long term care. It is staffed primarily by family physicians with Baptist specialists available by phone through the Transfer Center.

Baptist Health Care is a non-profit, community based health care system that has been based in Pensacola, Florida for over sixty years. The system is comprised of the following:

• Baptist Hospital - the flagship hospital, this is a 250 bed Level II trauma center near downtown Pensacola. Currently building a brand new facility expected to open fall of 2023.
• Gulf Breeze Hospital - is a 65 bed boutique acute care hospital located in Gulf Breeze, Florida - which is just over the bridge from downtown Pensacola. This campus includes Ciano Cancer Center, which offers chemotherapy and radiation therapy to patients in that area, as well as the Andrews Institute for Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine.
• Jay Hospital - which is a 49 bed hospital serving the people of Jay, Century, and Flomaton and surrounding Northwest Florida and South Alabama communities
