Floral Sales Representative

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS *Establish new accounts by planning and organizing a daily work schedule *Service existing accounts *Obtain orders * Participate in sales events *Generate and qualify leads * Maintain a customer database *Collaborate with the sales manager to strategize sales action plan for new and existing business *Comprehension of all sales programs *Communicate needs to buyer *Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships, follow up on sales activity * Other duties may pop up Minimum Qualifications *Customer service *Floral experience *Experience in Sales *Ability to achieve sales targets *Team player *Ability to stand, walk, and crouch or kneel *Ability to lift up to 50 lbs *Flexible schedule *Previous office experience *Competent computer skills including: excel, word, MS Office Working Conditions *This position works in a office and warehouse setting *This position involves long periods of sitting and standing *This position involves frequent stooping and bending *This position involves frequent pushing and pulling *This position includes work inside a cooler with temperatures ranging between 32 and 45 degrees *This position requires the use of sharp tools such as knives and cutters *This position routinely uses standard office equipment
