Sales Associate

Looking for a full time Sales Associate responsible for helping customers find merchandise and purchase products in store.

The Sales Associate will be responsible for:

• Ensuring the store is appropriately stocked with merchandise.
• Assisting customers as needed and performing transactions like sales and returns.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store at all times.
• Demonstrating professionalism and courteousness to customers at all times.
• Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
• Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner.
• Responds to customers’ questions.
• Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters.
• Provides outstanding customer service.
• Documents sales by creating or updating customer profile records.
• Processes payments by totaling purchases, processing checks, cash, and store or other credit and debit cards.
• Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Keeps clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.
• Assist with pouring, labeling and restocking of products when out of stock as needed.
• Maintain fully stocked racks of product of all sizes. 
• Assist management with adhoc reports and or tasks as needed. 

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred qualifications:

• 18 years or older
