Value is based on a combination of the expertise of our therapists and their ability to provide an outcome-based massage for our clients.

Front Desk Receptionist / Job Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Direct visitors as they arrive and ensure a smooth intake process
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
  • Assist in keeping inventory up-to-date
  • Update calendars as requested by management and schedule massage appointments
  • Manage cash register and assist management with bank deposits as needed
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, document creation etc.
  • Post or email basic client updates as requested by management

Front Desk Receptionist / Job Requirements and Skills

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
  • Proficiency in using online scheduling software systems
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. printers, computers, phone)
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Customer service attitude
  • High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus

Paid Time Off (monetary value)

  • Qualify after 365 Days: 40 hours PTO: $640
  • Qualify after 730 Days: 80 hours PTO: $1280

Healthcare (monetary value)

QSEHRA: Reimbursement towards health insurance premiums or health related expenses

  • Qualify after 365 days: $3000 per year / $250 per month

Benefits after 90 Days

  • Massage Sessions. Full-time employees receive 50% off massage services.
