Administrative Assistant Receptionist

We are a very busy commercial electric company located in Edmond, Oklahoma seeking an Administrative Assistant Receptionist to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. M-F 8:00-5:00. Starting pay is $16 an hour. If you encompass all the skills listed below you may qualify for $17 per hour.

FRONT DESK/RECEPTIONIST AND ACCOUNTING EXPERIENCE and KNOWLEDGE OF SAGE SOFTWARE IS REQUIRED!!

Responsibilities:

• Answer 4 incoming phone lines.
• Organize and maintain office supplies.
• Greet and assist onsite guests.
• Assist accounts payable
• Develop and implement organized filing systems
• Perform all other office tasks

Qualifications:

• MUST have experience using the Sage software system.
• MUST be able to handle multiple incoming phone calls
• Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
• MUST have front office/receptionist experience.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• ​Strong organizational skills
• Must be able to lift and carry at least 10 pounds.
• Experience in an electrical or construction company atmosphere is a plus!
• Proficient at Word and Excel
