Job Description
The role of the staging assistant is to provide support for the business in all capacities, including onsite design, business management, sales, and marketing. These positions are entry level, but definitely have the opportunity to expand and become permanent for the right candidates. The position will provide the ideal candidate with an opportunity to learn about the "magic" behind providing a superior staging service for clients. We are seeking people who are self-starters and energetic. Some interest or experience in interior design or warehouse experience is a plus. Additional duties include but are not limited to assisting with warehouse organization of decor, art, rugs and accessories; assisting our designers with prepping and packing for staging projects; de-staging installations and assisting designers onsite with staging projects.
Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and deadline-driven individual. This role also requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a creative eye. To be successful, you should be able to to juggle multiple responsibilities and make important decisions in fast-paced environments. Contract-to-hire. Compensation is $125/per day.

- We schedule our staging assistants according to staging project availability (the more staging projects, the more staging hours available)
In summation, the more you are available and the more projects we have, the more available hours. Thus, your schedule can and will vary from week to week; day to day.
Responsibilities
Support lead designers onsite with staging projects
Destage and pack up properties
Manage client databases
Manage client agreements
Manage furniture expiration calendar
Assist lead designer with preparation for staging jobs
Manage client requests, additions and changes
Assist social media lead, as needed
Assist sales manager in marketing and branding needs
Conduct research on vendors and competitors
Manage and organize company files, receipts and folders
Research and share project photos
Requirements
High school diploma or GED.
A background in design is highly desired.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Must be creative and detail orientated.
Local travel is required
Access to an operational vehicle
Valid driver's license
