Onsite Superintendant - Training Provided

As part of our quality control team you don’t need extensive experience in the construction field, you need an attention to detail and a commitment to upholding high standards. You will be responsible for oversight of each roofing stage including installation & repairs for residential projects.Maintain a safe & clean job site throughout project installation. Professional conduct and communication with install team, customers & suppliers, Coordinate with production team in planning through project completion to insure an amazing customer experience.

Our unique process allows us to photo document every key detail of our projects to check and verify at each step. Our quality control manager serves as the point person for the project, builds a relationship with the customer, documents the process in detail and ensures that we deliver on the promises we make. Duties will include:

• Supervising installers on roofing projects and coordinating miscellaneous trades to be performed
• Professional appearance and conduct as company representative
• Overseeing the conclusion of each project and completing final inspections on all building trades
• Ensure compliance of installation process, product guidelines and OSHA standards
• Logistics coordination of materials tools and equipment.
• Act as a liaison between property owner, salesman and production manager,.
• Be present at time of production to monitor the progress and quality of work being performed to homeowner’s satisfaction and per scope of work.
• Identify & evaluate problems, select and implement resolution
• Provide and receive input from team members in routine communications and meetings
• Acquire knowledge of the roofing industry, complete training, & achieve certifications
• Inventory control

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma, Military service or equivalent required, associate degree or above preferred
• Don’t have experience working with construction? No problem!! We are looking for people with an apt for learning, a keen ability to persuade and a drive to be at the top of their game every day. We will provide you with all the training and tools you need to find success!

Other Requirements:

• Will require some evenings in peak time
• Work outside
• Reliable Transportation
• Ability to carry and set-up and climb ladder.
• Ability to safely walk the roof for performing inspections.
• Comfortable with technology
