JOB DESCRIPTION

Successful and longstanding YouTube channel seeks creative and experienced professionals to join the team! We are the top channel in our market and are rapidly growing our reach and expanding with new opportunities. Candidates must be motivated, energetic, team players and willing to wear multiple hats in this start-up-like environment.

This role will include a variety of responsibilities, mainly helping to manage the company’s social media. You will work independently and be part of a team to implement important choices and decisions based on the company's core values. We value creative thinking, attention to detail, strong drive and a hunger for learning.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Designing social media campaigns and strategies

• Developing and maintaining brand standards and voice

• Setting goals and necessary steps for social media channel growth

• Identifying internal and external trends to guide content strategies

Creating content for social media channels

• Scheduling content calendar

• Capturing, editing, and organizing photos and videos

• Reposting and sharing of user generated and business partner content

• Developing original ideas for content and communicating photo and video needs

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Facilitating marketing and PR efforts

• Designing and publishing email newsletters

• Coordinating press inquiries

• Maintaining and updating company website

Supporting sponsorship opportunities

• Updating marketing deck with current analytics, demographics, and case studies

• Identifying potential sponsors and unique ways to incorporate them organically

• Collecting analytics and preparing reports for business partners

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Ability to work independently, take initiative, meet deadlines, act with professionalism, and offer top notch customer service

• Strong written communication skills in English

• Full knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Tiktok Instagram, and YouTube

• Proficient in Apple and Adobe products - most notably Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

• Experience with search engine optimization (SEO)

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Working knowledge of SEM, website design and publishing, and social media management platforms.

• Experience with Streamlabs OBS and Weebly are also valuable assets.

This is a full-time, low to mid-level position with compensation commensurate with experience. Agencies or freelancers will not be considered. Candidates must be local to the Denver Metro area.
