Lead Teacher

The Lead Teacher is an exceptional educator who has a passion for education and a love for children. Lead teachers are responsible for providing early childhood education, supervision, and nurture to young children. Lead teachers will prepare lesson plans that meet educational requirements in an age-appropriate manner. Manage a busy classroom, provide structure and positive discipline when needed. Help children meet educational milestones. Ensure a healthy and safe learning environment. Provide helpful and positive feedback to parents and guardians on a regular or as needed. Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to create an optimal learning and caring environment.
