ASSISTANT MANAGER – Plus 1 Pizza

Assistant Manager: $17.00 - $21.00+ per hour (Base Pay + Performance Bonuses)

Summary of Position: As an Assistant Manager, you will oversee and coordinate the planning, organizing, and leadership necessary to achieve our goals in sales, food quality, and guest satisfaction. You will work directly with the Owner and General Manager to maintain a positive, productive environment for our staff and our customers.

What You’ll Do:

Lead the Guest Experience: Ensure every guest feels welcome and receives friendly, responsive service.

Maintain Quality Standards: Ensure all food—from our dough to our toppings—is prepared and served according to our recipes and portioning standards.

Team Development: Train, mentor, and supervise staff to help them reach their full potential.

Operational Control: Adhere to cash handling procedures, manage labor schedules, and oversee equipment maintenance.

Safety & Sanitation: Maintain a clean, safe environment for both employees and guests in compliance with all local regulations.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience:  Some experience in front-of-house or management experience in the food and beverage industry.

Age: Must be 21 years of age or older.

Skills: Strong basic math skills and proficiency with POS/cash register systems.

Physical Ability: Able to work in a standing position for long periods (up to 5 hours) and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.

Availability: Must be able to work 35 to 40 hours per week. This position requires afternoon and evening shifts, including weekends.
