What You’ll Do:

Master the Craft: Learn every workstation, from preparing fresh ingredients to stretching dough and topping pizzas to our high "Plus 1" standards.

Connect with Customers: Provide professional and friendly service whether you are taking an order over the phone or greeting a regular in person.

Drive Results: Use our POS system accurately and help us grow by suggestively selling our local favorites to hungry customers.

Be a Great Teammate: Show up on time, support your coworkers during the rush, and take pride in keeping our shop clean and organized.

Act with Urgency: We move fast here! You’ll help ensure every order is high-quality and delivered to the customer quickly.

Position Qualifications:
To be a successful part of the Plus 1 Pizza team, you must be at least 16 years of age. We look for team members who demonstrate the following core habits and physical abilities:

Physical Requirements: You must be able to stand for 3–4 hours at a time and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds (such as moving dough trays or ingredient boxes).

Commitment to the Team: You are dependable, show up on time for your shifts, and take pride in "owning" your results. You have a sense of urgency and stay focused until the job is done right.

Customer-First Mindset: You are dedicated to making our customers happy. You handle every interaction with a friendly, professional attitude.

Teamwork & Energy: You contribute to a positive, fun atmosphere. You’re ready to jump in and help a coworker at a different station and you always complete your closing and cleaning duties.

Flexibility: You handle the "dinner rush" with ease. You can switch gears quickly between tasks and keep a cool head when things get busy.

Professional Image: You take pride in your appearance and consistently follow our uniform and grooming standards.
