2. Learn and become crosstrained, certified, in all positions (Cashier, Grill, Drink, Fry, Topping, Order Taker, Sampler, and etc) through Charleys learningzen training system.
3. Caring about your teamates - Always working for the success of your team!
4. Provide store management training through the Charleys manager School with opportunities to promote.
When you join Charleys, we will start you off with a base hourly pay, above the minimum wage.
