Catering Manager - Full-time

The ideal candidate will act as an employee champion for outside sales. You will plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organization's catering and delivery platform.

Responsibilities
- Provide development of outside sales revenue stream of the restaurant
- Build a team of delivery drivers that will serve our guests
- Function as a strategic partner in the outside sales department of the business
- Develop marketing initiatives, systems and programs to complement existing practices and create consistency across outside sales

Qualifications
- Good customer service and customer retention skills
- Good driving record and up to date driver's license.
- 2+ years' of catering experience, ideally from a restaurant or services oriented business, with a combination of corporate and business unit line experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Tech Savvy
