We are seeking a Store Supervisor to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the retail sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise team of retail sales workers
- keep everyone on top of daily responsibilities.
- Train and evaluate employees
- keep the store full and clean .
- Resolve escalated customer complaints
- Open availability.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, management or supervisor experience.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong leadership qualities
We are a small discount grocery store business. We currently have 3 locations. As owners we split up our time between the 3 stores.
