HVAC Project Manager

Come join a growing, winning team in Triangle's HVAC department! We are seeking a HVAC Installation Manager. Residential and light commercial focus.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with customers, assess needs and generate proposals
• Close deals, plan, execute installation activities
• Manage installation crews
• Coordinate with HVAC Service manager and service department to provide full customer support
• Maintain safe and clean work environments
• Assist and lead in marketing initiatives including traditional and digital platforms
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must excel in customer service
• Previous sales experience preferred
• Must have a working knowledge of mechanical systems
• Ability to understand project financial data and cost forecasting
• Self motivated and organized
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
