Just Energy is seeking a Field Energy Advisor to partner with in the Texas deregulated energy market. This is a unique opportunity tailored for someone who thrives as a solo performer. We do not expect a team to be built, just for a focus on personal sales. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, self-starter looking to shed all distractions and take full control of their own success.
This is a door-to-door campaign. Just Energy was founded by door knockers, and we believe this channel will continue to be a part of our future success.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Learn about the deregulated energy market and the role of a supplier
- Actively solicit Just Energy’s electricity supply products door-to-door
- Educate customers about their options in the energy market
- Pitch, overcome objections, and sell our value proposition
- Meet and exceed sales goals
- Adhere to local regulations and Just Energy mandated business rules
- Utilize Just Energy issued tablets and sales applications to conduct sales
- Participate in regular meetings with corporate departments to share insights

Qualifications:
- No prior experience working for or representing Just Energy
- Highschool Diploma or equivalent
- Self-incorporated
- Liability insurance
- Reliable transportation
- Strong verbal skills
- Familiarity with MS Office applications
- Comfortable working outside up to 90% of the time
- Comfort walking for up to 90% of time
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States
- Direct sales experience is an asset
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) is an asset
