Job Summary:

We are looking or a Used Car Sales Manager who would be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales department, ensuring the dealership's sales goals are met, upholding the company’s sales culture, and actively training the sales team.

This role would report to the General Manager.

Compensation:

  • 48,000 Yearly Salary
  • 30,000 Bonus Structure (Paid Quarterly)

Responsibilities:

  • Train, Communicate, and Motivate the sales team daily
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve dealership sales goals
  • Coordinate with the finance department to ensure the timely completion of sales transactions
  • Interview, hire, and onboard new sales staff as needed
  • Manage paperwork and documentation
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and success to ensure repeat and referral business
  • Uphold the company’s high activity, high-results sales culture
  • Maintain track of all salespeople’s performance and company traffic
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and regulations and ensure compliance in all areas
  • Uphold systems and ensure proper follow up on all areas of the sales department
  • Ensure the sales team is building and maintaining relationships with Repeat customers and Partners to increase our best sources of traffic
  • Provide assistance to F&I Manager
  • Maintain a weekly calendar
  • Meet and surpass sales goals
  • Meet weekly with management to relay progress, provide feedback, and suggestions

Results:

You will play a pivotal role in leading a team that would attract and capture all of the prospects who are ready for and require our assistance. Your leadership, sales expertise, and focus on customer experience and success will enhance our team’s performance, improve sales processes, and enhance the after-sale procedures, thereby ensuring the members of our program feel valued and loyal to us.

Ultimately, you would play a vital role in the overall success of our company’s vision of empowering credit-challenged individuals with reliable transportation and the necessary tools for financial stability.

Required Qualifications:

  • Thorough knowledge in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in automotive sales, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Strong customer success skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and dedicated
  • Positive attitude and Fearless
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Humble, supportive, and respectful toward staff and members of our program.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing a sales team in the automotive industry
  • Familiarity with buy here pay here financing
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position that will require the Sales Manager to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. The work environment will be fast-paced and involve standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods of time.
