Front Office Receptionist

We are hiring ASAP for this professional receptionist position. This is an ideal opportunity for someone experienced with answering multiphone lines. This is a professional office environment within an established company in beautiful Punta Gorda, Florida. The company's culture is positive and welcoming and want to add another critical team member to our office staff who brings enthusiasm, skill, and positivity to the receptionist role.

Monday – Friday  9.00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

· Duties include:

· Greeting incoming guests

· Answering and managing all incoming phone calls

· Filing

· Scanning

· Managing emails.

Must exude a pleasant and cheerful demeanor as they will act as the company's first point of contact.

Required Skills and Experience:

· Two years minimum professional office experience

· Two years minimum phone/customer service experience

· Excellent computer skills

· Reliable transportation

Additional Information: The dress code is business casual. This is an immediate opening.
