Job Description
Now Hiring Parts Customer Service / Warehouse Representative
As a Parts Representative, you will receives, stores, and issues materials, equipment, and other items from stockroom, warehouse, or storage yard. You will also provide service agent to customers, your will be to focus on providing the correct resolutions for both customers and the business. You will handle customer relationships and assist with their individual service needs whilst delivering best-in-class customer service.
Main Responsibilites:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming shipments
- Packs and unpacks items to be stocked on shelves in stockrooms, warehouses, or storage yards.
- Stores items in an orderly and accessible manner in warehouses, tool rooms, supply rooms, or other areas.
- Examines and inspects stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisors.
- Receives and counts stock items, and records data manually or using computer.
- Marks stock items using identification tags, stamps, electric marking tools, or other labeling equipment.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods of time
- Assist in inventory counts and reconciliations
Other Accountabilities
- Handle specific Inbound/Outbound calls from customers
- Create, process, and ship orders. Package parts neatly and safely to ship
- Able to navigate through different vendors, check availability for parts
- Able to research parts, search manuals
- Recognize individual customer service needs and resolve their inquiry
- Provide resolutions at the first point of contact, avoiding transferring the call or having customers call again
- Handle complaints and call out any issues where appropriate
- Provide excellent customer service, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to recognize and support the specific needs of the most vulnerable customers
- Maintain and update customer related information systems to ensure that our client hold accurate records; collect and access appropriate information relevant to the type of call
- Respond to customers through a variety of channels including telephone (both inbound and outbound), internet, and written correspondence as appropriate
- Acquire detailed knowledge of product ranges and services to provide excellent service
- Serve customers across the product portfolio and resolve a wide range of common inquiries.
- Report to Supervisor necessary information
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Effective time management and self-accountability
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
Not Require, but good to have
- Experience in contact/call center
- Warehouse Orginazing
- Good/Excellent Computer Skills
- Ability to work with MS Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Adapt to new software
- High level of professionalism
- Proficiency in operating pallet jacks
