Deli Clerk

Triano's Meat Market & Deli is seeking a Deli Clerk to become a part of our team! You will be responsible for working with other team members to process in-person orders accurately and prepare them quickly. Providing excellent customer service is essential whether greeting the customer, answering their questions, or recommending a product. Passion for helping others, ability to safely work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain our high quality standards is desired.

Starting Pay/Benefits:

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and identify customer needs
• Explain products and services to customers
• Maintain high standards for freshness and sanitation
• Fills, maintains, and rotates products
• Operates meat and cheese slicers, cutting tools, scale, and other Deli equipment
• Assists with other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• At least 18 years of age.
• Ability to deliver friendly, courteous, prompt customer service.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to build rapport with customers

Preferred Qualifications

• Food preparation experience.
• Ability to work well with others and be an effective team member.
• A passion for serving people.
