Customer Service Representative - High Volume Estate Planning Law Firm

Responsibilities:
- Respond to both in-bound and out-bound calls with the utmost professionalism, courtesy, and empathy, ensuring every client feels valued and heard.
- Act as the first point of contact for clients seeking estate planning services, greeting them warmly and providing a positive and welcoming experience.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of our services to effectively identify clients' needs and guide them to the appropriate type of appointment they require.
- Utilize sales techniques to effectively communicate the value of our estate planning services, ensuring clients have a clear understanding of the benefits they will receive.
- Manage a high volume of client inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with our team of attorneys and legal professionals to ensure seamless communication and client satisfaction.
- Address client concerns or complaints with a proactive and problem-solving approach, striving for prompt resolution while adhering to company policies.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all client interactions and appointments in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen ability to actively listen and empathize with clients.
- A strong aptitude for sales, with the ability to understand clients' needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools to manage client interactions and data effectively.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the capability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a high-volume environment.
- High level of professionalism and a commitment to delivering the highest standard of customer service.
- A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to adapt to changing business needs.
