Horse care and horse therapy

Do you enjoy working outdoors and would you find it fulfilling to be a part of a team that cares for 12 majestic horses? We are a small facility with 12 horses seeking a caring person to join our team to help with feeding, turning out horses, and cleaning stalls. Our horses give back to the community by being a therapeutic partner to humans, so they need other humans to provide care to them.

We have open hours in the morning and afternoon/evenings for feeding and stall care. We also have openings for people that want to assist in the therapeutic sessions as horse handlers and side walkers. We provide specialized training to support the staff in each of the positions. The position offers a minimum of 10 hours a week to a max of 25 hours a week. We do not provide health benefits.

Prior horse experience is beneficial. Dedication, responsibility and open-mindedness is a must. If you are interested, send a cover letter and a resume.
