ISA Certified Arborist/ Crew leader and Estimator

Northern Woods Tree Service is seeking an ISA-Certified Arborist crew leader who can also estimate residential tree work. This role is ideal for someone with experience in residential tree work, has a thorough knowledge of trees and can communicate effectively with the crew as well as customers. You will be an integral member of the team, leading the tree care crew with the primary responsibility of performing all tree care services safely and efficiently.  You will also be responsible for evaluating customers' properties, advising on all things tree-related and providing Sales Proposals on-site.  Northern Woods Tree Service is a family owned business with 45+ years experience providing top-quality tree work to clients all over the DMV, with a focus on pruning & trimming, as well as removals & stump grinding.

AT LEAST 3 YEARS OF PREVIOUS TREE CLIMBING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. PAY IS DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS.
