Sales Associate - Now Hiring

Once Upon A Child Pearland is a locally owned franchise that buys, sells, and trades kids' stuff.  We're looking for confident and energetic people to join our team on a consistent part-time basis.  Our associates work positively and diligently in a team-based setting, and provide exceptional customer service to our customers.  If you're familiar with things like kids' shoes, baby bouncers, Lego's, toys, and etc, then this may be a good place for you to work!  Also, all of our managers and keyholder supervisors are promoted from within.  We look forward to hearing from you!

Required qualifications:

• 16 years or older
• Able to stand for duration of shift
• Comfortable handling customer complaints
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred qualifications:

• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Retail skills: point of sale (POS) operation
• Retail skills: customer service
• Retail skills: handling returns
• Retail skills: addressing customer complaints
