Restaurant Team Member - Now Hiring

Locally owned and operated business in Collierville, TN!

As a team member, you will help with many different tasks. One of your primary responsibilities is working on the line in the kitchen preparing our made from scratch menu for our guests. In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring that their food is prepared safely and correctly each visit as well. 

Back of House / BOH Team Members are responsible for collectively working together to create an experience of excellence for every guest that comes to eat at any of our restaurant locations.

We offer full and part time positions.

The primary job duties associated with this position include:

Ability to multitask and attention to detail

• Ability to follow instructions, job related, and team related
• Ability to stay focused and alert in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to operate restaurant equipment in the back of house, like fryers.
• Become very knowledgeable with Tacos 4 Life food and Mission and be able to communicate both with our guests.
