Team Member - Cashier

Locally owned and operated business! 

As a team member, you will help with many different tasks. One of your primary responsibilities is operating the cash register and ensuring that customer orders are being recorded accurately. In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring that their food is prepared safely and correctly each visit as well. 

The primary job duties associated with this position include:

Greeting guests as they walk in the restaurant

Takes orders at the cash register quickly and efficiently

Ensuring that the restaurant is clean and well-maintained

Preparing food correctly by following the recipes

Making sure food safety guidelines are followed

Helping to resolve customer complaints as they arise

Putting away supplies after truck deliveries

Qualifications:

A love for people and interacting with people on a consistent basis

Have a heart for the Meal 4 Meal Mission and understand that the team’s success makes a REAL IMPACT around the globe

Teachable, flexible, loves to learn and grow

Ability to offer grace to customers and team members when it is not always easy

Takes initiative

Previous cashier experience preferred

Has excellent verbal communication skills

Excellent customer service skills

Attention to detail
