The successful candidates will demonstrate initiative, be a self-starter, Strong construction background is helpful however, we are willing to train the right candidate.

* Must be dependable
* Must be detail oriented
* Must be able to lift 75 lbs
* Must be quick learner

Preferred experience:
* Hand grinding
* Shot blasting
* Polishing
* Multi coat epoxy coatings
