Pizzeria Manager

Seeking an exceptional leader to manager our pizza shop! We have fun at work and hope you do too!

Responsibilites include:

-Oversee day to day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

-Manage and train staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

-Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and customer service.

-Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.

-Monitor inventory, control costs, and optimize profitability

-Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise with professionalism.

-Ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation standards.

Requirments:

-Previous restaurant experience preferred but not necessary.

-Strong leadership and communication skills

-Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast paced environment

-Excellent problem solving and decision making skills.

-Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.

-Evenings and weekends required.
