The Springfield Headquarters location is currently seeking a student to fill the Student Clerk position in the Procurement Department of the Accounting & Finance Division with employment starting Summer 2024. The Student Clerk position offers part-time hours during the spring and fall semesters with the opportunity to work full-time in the summer.

Primary responsibilities for the Student Clerk:

  • Assistant with document management in the Procurement department, such as data entry, scanning and electronically filing documents into enterprise-wide systems.
  • Archiving contractual agreements.
  • Additional duties include various clerical support tasks for the Accounting & Finance division as assigned.

Qualifications for the Student Clerk:

  • Must be currently enrolled in an academic education program and remain enrolled for the duration of your employment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Display strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
