Our Service Leads are the champions of our front of house team focused on delivering an exceptional guest experience. The SL will lead their team with an eye on the food, feel, and flow of the restaurant each shift. It is vital that our Service Leaders can coach and inspire teams to deliver and maintain the crisp standard, 100% of the time.
Position Overview:
As a Service Leader, you will be the role model amongst our FOH team and maintain our crisp standards in regards to food safety and quality. You will be a mentor, coach, and leader that our FOH teams will want to emulate. We see the Service Leader as an absolutely vital role in our continued success and growth as a company
Service Lead Duties and Responsibilities: (in addition to Service Crew member responsibilities)
- Execute great daily deployment, as scheduled by general manager, for the day to day operations in the front of house
- Build a positive atmosphere where our guests always feel welcomed and leave satisfied
- Train existing crew and new hires to become confident in their ability to deliver the crisp standard
- Identify and develop future leaders
- Challenge your team to become better every day
- Create and maintain a culture where teammates have the opportunity to learn and grow
- Maintain a clean and organized line with properly functioning line equipment
- Manage food safety through line temps, handwashing and glove use
- Monitoring secondary shelf lives and enforcing all food safety policies and procedures
- Clear understanding of operating procedures, recipes, and restaurant handbook
- Effectively communicate changes to restaurant team including changes to menu, policies, and team member benefits
- Assist in the resolution of customer incidents and working to ensure a positive guest experience
- Facilitating marketing, promotions, and events
- Live and represent the Crisp & Green brand day in and out
Job Requirements:
- Minimum
- 2 years customer service experience
- Passion for living a healthy life
- Able to lift 50lbs
- Able to stand for long periods of time and work in fast-paced environment
- Preferred
- Full-time availability with a flexible schedule
